We are so excited to share photos from the 2013 Piedmont Ball today. Tony first began his relationship with the ball while working at Atlanta’s first event design company, Griggs VanHorn and Associates, in 1983. Tony Brewer & Company first worked with the Piedmont Ball in 2003 and has since designed the ball eight times! The event champions a worthy cause — the Piedmont Ball is sponsored by Piedmont Hospital’s Women’s Auxiliary and allows Piedmont Hospital to purchase cutting-edge medical equipment.
The evening’s theme was “A Night in Old New Orleans,” so Tony designed the evening using lush florals and greenery, wrought iron elements and, of course, fleur de lis accents. The city’s rich French history also gave Tony plenty of design inspiration. Thank you to Ben Vigil for these stunning photographs!
The ball is held at the beautiful Piedmont Driving Club and features an evening filled with dinner, drinks, and dancing. Tony Brewer & Company’s linen team sewed each brocade table linen and fleur-de-lis chair back, while our floral designers used stately silver candelabra and vessels to display gorgeous roses, hydrangea, stock, lilies, and other fresh Southern flowers.
Other custom design elements in the room included the French Quarter-inspired installations constructed to fit into the venue’s existing archways and magnolia leaf garlands wrapped around the space’s many columns.
We are already hard at work designing the 2014 Piedmont Ball and can’t wait to share some of our design inspiration along the way. Thank you to the Piedmont Hospital’s Women’s Auxiliary for allowing us to be involved with this event for yet another year!
To celebrate the W’s Anniversary, the hotel enlisted the help of our creative services to transform their meeting space into a Urban beauty. Using several different variations of orchids and a black and white color palette, we made this space … Continue reading →

There’s only one thing that comes close to capturing the excitement and beauty of an actual wedding – and that’s a wedding show! We were thrilled this past weekend to take part in one of the best wedding shows in the city, the Four Seasons Atlanta Bridal Event: A Bride For All Seasons! This high-end show featured the city’s most luxurious wedding service providers – so you know Tony Brewer and Co. was there in full glory!
Tony Brewer & Company has a long standing relationship with Zoo Atlanta’s annual gala, The Beastly Feast. The Beastly Feast, which is less than three weeks away on May 5, 2012, brings together “a unique locale and spectacular live and silent auctions” to raise $1 million for the zoo.
Here are images from past events:

This year we are excited to offer a fresh new take on the long standing gala. Inspired by the Zootopia logo, the decor will focus on a clean modern feel with vibrant colors and dramatic lighting. The overall feel of the room will be a sophisticated environment that will honor the animals of Atlanta Zoo.
This will be a fabulous event to raise money for a wonderful cause. We hope to see you there!

Here at Tony Brewer & Company, we love to give back and get involved with foundations that are near and dear to us! One of Tony’s favorite groups is the Arthritis Foundation. We have had the pleasure of partnering with this wonderful foundation for their annual Crystal Ball for the past 12 years, and we have enjoyed every moment! “The foundation helps people take control of arthritis by providing public health education; pursuing public policy and legislation; and conducting evidence-based programs to improve the quality of life for those living with arthritis,” and we are happy to help them as they continue their mission.
Below are a couple of the images from the 30th Annual Crystal Ball themed “Puttin’ on the Ritz.”
The ball was simply elegant from the decor to the food!

Here at Tony Brewer & Company, we love to give back and get involved with foundations that are near and dear to us! One of event coordinator Janet D’s favorite groups is the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Their mission is “to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.” Recently Janet partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs and several other Atlanta vendors including 200 Peachtree, Affairs to Remember Caterers, and Active Production and Design, Inc. to create a beautiful event, The Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s 2011 Great Futures Gala. The event helped raise funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs and honored their new hall of fame inductee and club alumni, Dominique Wilkins.
Here are a couple of images from the event.
Janet was inspired by the blue hues of the Boys & Girls Clubs logo and the event invitation.
This coming weekend, Tony will be working with one of his favorite groups, The Arthritis Foundation, for the 30th Annual Crystal Ball themed “Puttin’ on the Ritz.” Pictures to come!
