Event Archives: “Cinco de Mayo” Style

This festive themed event happened back in 2009 during an annual week long event we design for one of our largest corporate clients. Oranges, pinks, greens, blues, and reds brought lots of color through fresh and paper flowers, custom pillow cases, and linens. And while I know Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican holiday, you can’t forget the sign installation declaring our destination that evening: the Port of Havana.

Lots of colors, patterns, and textures went into making this “Port of Havana” look come together. What design elements would you use for your own South of the border-inspired fête?
